Verona digital voucher 2026: amounts and documents
Verona’s double-transition voucher covers up to 50% of eligible costs, with a base cap of €10,000 and a minimum eligible investment of €4,000. Projects must purchase technologies listed in Article 7 of the rules. Applications run from 15 to 22 September; company websites, advertising, SEO and SEM are excluded.

Identify the technology
Describe the purchase with the supplier and locate the matching item in Article 7. For software and related services, state the function, users and connection to company processes.
Calculate the contribution
Apply the 50% rate to eligible costs and observe the €10,000 base cap. The €4,000 minimum concerns eligible purchases, rather than a total that includes excluded activities.
Prepare the submission
Obtain estimates and the Selfi4.0 report before applying. Check ReStart access, digital signature and required attachments; assign one person to review the documents and submit within the stated window.
Agree the delivery evidence
Attach the agreed list of functions to the contract. For software that exchanges orders with a management system, for example, plan a sending and receiving test. Keep the result with the supply description when preparing the expense report.
Organise reporting
The rules give 2 March 2027 as the reporting deadline. Keep invoices and evidence of payment; a Selfi 4.0 assessment is also required after the project is completed.
