Check the application
Consult Bandi e Servizi for application lists and communications. Use your application code to connect decisions to the submitted project.
Revisit the training need
Describe the task participants should be able to perform after training. Connect the programme to the systems or processes the company is introducing.
Define the supplier’s assignment
Agree content, participants, timing and training outcomes. For digital tools, include exercises based on the work participants will perform in the company.
Document the course
Collect the programme and evidence of completed activities alongside spending records. Compare the file with the call’s reporting guidance.
Prepare for use after training
Agree a test based on everyday work. After management software training, for example, ask participants to complete an order and handle a change using the instructions provided. Record where further support is needed.
Prepare a sheet for the provider listing the tasks to teach, participants, schedule and final training exercise.
