Check the programme size
The minimum investment is €1 million. Define the tourism property’s programme and the energy investment share before commissioning a website or digital service.
Give the digital work a purpose
For software that collects consumption data, identify which systems supply it and who will use it. Separate development and connections from recurring fees in the estimate, with distinct items for creative production and guest services.
Separate grant and loan
The aid awarded combines a 54% grant and a 46% subsidised loan. These percentages describe the aid mix, rather than automatic funding of the whole investment.
Prepare the financing plan
Compare costs, company funds and borrowing. Allow for excluded expenses and advance payments. Ask suppliers to separate digital implementation from recurring costs.
