Veneto digital vouchers 2026: dates and eligible costs
Verona accepts applications from 15 to 22 September. Treviso–Belluno accepts waiting-list applications until 23 October after its funding allocation was exhausted. Venice–Rovigo closed on 7 September. The company’s location determines which call to consult.

Start with the province
Open the call issued by the chamber responsible for your registered office or local unit. Check the deadline and funding availability together: an open window may only accept waiting-list applications.
Match the cost to a technology
Break the project into identifiable purchases. For example, separate the software that manages orders from the website launch campaign. Ask the supplier to describe each item so you can compare it with your province’s rules.
Plan the cash you need
Compare minimum investment, grant rate and cap. Budget for excluded costs and advance payments too. An application is not a grant award.
Prepare the project records
Collect itemised quotes and company documents. Keep orders, invoices and payments linked for each purchase. Treviso–Belluno requires completed projects at application, which affects the delivery schedule.
After submitting
Follow the chamber’s communications and reporting deadline. Venice–Rovigo requires reporting within 150 days of the award; put that date in the schedule shared with your supplier.
Prepare a sheet listing the province, expense item, purchase date and document to attach to the application.
