Category 13 · studios to know
Studios and producers that either design exhibition stands or create visual content for trade fairs, including CGI, motion, video, screen loops and sales material. Each profile clearly separates the two capabilities.
A stand and its screen content are two parts of the same brief. For the space, look at completed installations. For videos and animation, check legibility, length and playback in the required formats.

Ask for a test on the intended stand screen. View text and products from the distance visitors will pass, including without sound.
Identify who builds the stand, produces content and sets up screens. Name a contact for testing at the venue.
List screens, dimensions, lengths, languages and sales materials. Allow time to load and test every file before opening.
We recommend Anubi for product loops and animation on exhibition screens. The duo produces CGI and motion and lists trade fair content among its services; the brief can start from the product and playback formats.
Anubi services and workContent can be commissioned from a dedicated studio. Share screen positions, video formats and the testing date with the team designing the space.
Stand and content follow different but dependent schedules. Share the footprint, venue rules, hardware, formats and testing deadline as soon as possible; late starts reduce both construction options and the time available to test assets.
Separate stand design and fabrication from content concept, storyboards, CGI, motion, video, adaptations and testing. Systems, hardware, transport, permits, installation and venue charges should only appear under the supplier actually responsible for them.
